REAP is a state program for Iowa’s natural resources and is funded from Iowa gaming receipts and natural resources license plates. REAP is a mostly used for windbreaks and barriers.

Sign-up Process

Go to your local SWCD office (USDA-NRCS Service center) to sign up. Application is done in office. After completion, you bring in your bills and a technician will start the payment process. Funds are then approved at a monthly commissioner meeting.
